About
Just Style Me is a color and style studio for people who want a straight answer about clothes. The site is built around one tool, the selfie analyzer, and a library of guides that explain the same ideas in daylight English.
What we believe about color
Seasonal color analysis is a useful teaching map. It groups hue (warm or cool), value (light or deep), and chroma (clear or muted) so a closet has fewer arguments in it. The twelve-season names used here are the common extension of that map. They are not a medical test, a genetic category, or a rank. Two people can share a season and look nothing alike. One person can sit on the border of two seasons and dress well from both.
The recommendations on this site stay inside what color science and a cautious reading of psychology can support. Simultaneous contrast is real: the cloth next to a face changes how the skin looks. Value contrast is real: a very dark collar on very light, low-contrast coloring pulls attention to the edge. Attraction research is narrower than magazine copy suggests. We cite the studies we are willing to stand next to, and we say when a finding is mixed or when it is about skin itself rather than a sweater.
How the analyzer fits
A face-landmark model in your browser finds cheeks, a patch of hair, the irises, and the lips. Those patches become numbers. If you consent, the downscaled photo and the numbers are stored, and Cloudflare Workers AI may draft the sentences from the numbers alone. The photo is not sent to the model. The hex codes come from our palette library so a language model cannot invent a fluorescent hex and call it olive. If the model is unavailable, the library still writes a full guide. The page tells you which happened. The privacy policy says what else is logged and how to ask for deletion.
Who it is for
Anyone choosing clothes, glasses, hair dye, or a work uniform. The season system is not divided by gender. The face-shape notes talk about line and proportion, which apply to a shirt collar, a hijab’s drape at the shoulder, a beard line, or a dress neckline. We do not give different undertones to men and women. Hair and facial hair change contrast because they are large areas of color, not because of a rule about who may wear pink.
Advertising
The layout can show ads. They are switched off until a real publisher ID is added. Ads do not choose the palette, and a sponsor does not review the guides. If advertising is turned on later, it will load only after the cookie choice on this site says yes. Details are in the privacy policy.
